1. All Sales Are Final for Adult Products
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once they have left our warehouse — whether opened or unopened.
This policy ensures that every product you receive is brand-new, sealed, and never handled by another customer.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:
- A replacement item, or

Note: Damaged packaging alone does not qualify as a defective product.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After the order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Please check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and, when possible, arrange a replacement or store credit.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow 5–14 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
